Privacy information.

Updated on 29 October 2026. This information describes how data collected on the Virthuos commercial website and subscription journey is handled.

Who receives the data

The team responsible for Virthuos receives contact and subscription enquiries from this website. For questions or requests about your data, use the contact form with your request and the email associated with your account.

What data is collected and why

Contact enquiries store your name, email and message so the team can follow up. Subscription accounts store your name, email, a password hash, selected plan, business details and configuration preferences to prepare the requested service. Data is not used to sign you up automatically for advertising.

Payment

Billing is being prepared. When enabled, the payment journey redirects to Revolut Merchant. Details needed to identify the customer and subscription are shared with the provider to process payment. Virthuos does not collect full card details in this form. The amount, billing period and applicable terms will be shown before payment.

Cookies and security

The website uses essential session cookies to keep your account signed in and allow you to resume setup. No advertising services, marketing pixels or external analytics tools are installed. Security logs and records of relevant changes are kept to protect and operate the service.

The website also remembers your selected language and display currency in preference cookies.

Retention and data requests

Contact and subscription details are retained to follow up on your request, prepare the service and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through the team’s contact channel. Responses and deletion depend on identity verification and any applicable retention obligations.

Launch status

Creating an account or saving preferences does not confirm payment or automatically activate an operational workspace. Commercial configuration and the necessary providers are being prepared. This page will be updated as those services are enabled.
